How Does it Work?
1 You open a DAF for your loved one in the amount of $5,000 or greater.
2 You name your loved one as the “Primary Advisor” for the DAF. It is their fund and they get to recommend grants.
3 You get the tax deduction for your gift to the DAF.
4 Your loved one now gets to use the DAF to fund their charitable giving. They can recommend grants to the nonprofits and ministries they love. They can add to their fund at any time and continue to grow it.
